We collect limited analytics through PostHog only after you consent. We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell personal data.

• Consent, for analytics that run only after you accept them. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Service providers

A small number of providers process data on our instructions:

• Our email provider, which delivers contact-form messages.
• Attio, our customer relationship management system, when configured for an enquiry.
• PostHog, our analytics provider, only after consent.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards such as standard contractual terms.

Retention

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and manage the resulting conversation, then delete or archive them. We erase data on request unless the law requires us to keep it.
